ReLoved
second Hand second Chance
There is a deep beauty in things that already tell a story.

Did you know that all our furniture—
except for the beds—is second-hand?

It comes from antique dealers, private sales, and even friends.
These pieces don’t just carry the charm of past times; they also embody a sustainability that is more valuable today than ever before.
Why create something new when what already exists is filled with love and history?
In a world driven by constant consumption, choosing to let things live on—or to bring them back to life instead of producing them anew—is a quiet act of rebellion. Sometimes, true luxury is not found in the new, but in the old... in the rediscovered.

Scrittoio from Firenze,
Chair from Asciano
(grazie Gaia)

This old orcio (antique terracotta vase) carries time within it ....

The console is from Firenze and the clay vessel a present for our Rustic suit from a lovely friend

I am currently in the process of restoring this treasure.
I’ve been looking for a table like this for a long time, and I found it with a lovely family in the north of Tuscany.

Desk and chair from my dearest antique dealer Gaia. The curtains are also second hand from Austria.

This beautiful seating set comes from a elderly lady in Umbria, and her daughter sold it to us via Facebook Marketplace. There’s a story behind it that we simply must share:
We traveled quite a long way to reach her home – to a stunning place in the middle of nature. As we finished loading the furniture into our car, she kindly offered us eggs from her own chickens. When we explained that we were vegan, she instantly searched her kitchen and handed us frozen beans from last year’s harvest.... that’s the true heart of Italian hospitality.
This bench will always remind us of that heartwarming moment.
